My personal Real-estate experience I have bought for myself 2 houses in Encinitas and 1 house in Lake Hodges that was 3 acres. My current house I live in is on Neptune Avenue that I have lived for over 30 years.
I have had my own 2 bedroom beach rental on Neptune Avenue for over 20 years. It was rented by the day for over 7 years, and over 13 years by the year that I have managed.
I helped my Mother and her husband buy a house on Fire Mountain in Oceanside and Village Park, on Crest Drive, 13th Street and Neptune Avenue in Encinitas. I helped them renovate and later sell these houses at a considerable profit. If you need help with design or renovating I can be of service to you.
I designed my own 48 foot long 8 feet deep lap pool at my house in Encinitas on Neptune Avenue that won first place for " The most natural pool in Southern California".
